This is a great opportunity for young people with an interest in privacy, freedom of expression online, digital literacy, the internet of things, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity, to gain a better understanding of internet governance, and how they can contribute.

The SEEDIG Youth School consists of three parts. From May to August 2020, participants will get to know each other, and they will learn the basics of internet governance, digital policy, and related topics. Then, on Monday, 21 September 2020, the young people will attend a one-day event during which they will discuss one of the topics that will be discussed at SEEDIG 6, through lively debates, simulations and other exercises.

The outcomes of these discussions will be used in their intervention at the 2020 SEEDIG annual meeting (SEEDIG 6), which takes place on Tuesday, 22 and Wednesday, 23 September 2020, in Chișinău, Moldova. This event aims to facilitate discussions and collaboration on internet-related issues within South East Europe and neighbouring area (SEE+).

For those who qualify for and are interested in applying for the SEEDIG Youth School 2020, applications are open until the end of April, via an online form.
