14th international conference "Keeping children and young people safe online" – Take part in the workshops!

Young people's use of YouTube; the dilemma between participation and protection when it comes to children on social media; efforts to tackle online hate speech… These are only a few of the selected topics to be discussed during the online workshops organised on Thursday, 1 and Friday, 2 October 2020, during the 14th international conference devoted to children's safety online.

The event is organised by the Polish and German Safer Internet Centres (SICs), which have been working together within the European Commission's Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) programme. The co-organiser of the event is the International Telecommunication Union (ITU).

All workshops will be conducted in English using Zoom. If you would like to participate, please be sure to register beforehand. You will find the list of available workshops below.

You are also welcome to register to take part in the plenary sessions that will take place online on Tuesday, 29 and Wednesday, 30 September 2020.

Day 1 – Thursday, 1 October 2020
