12th International Conference "Keeping Children and Young People Safe Online"

Experts from all over Europe will gather to the biggest safety threats on the internet as well as the latest trends and possibilities for using new technologies by children and young people. The 12th International Conference "Keeping Children and Young People Safe Online" will take place on 18-19 September 2018 at the Novotel Airport Hotel in Warsaw, Poland. The event is jointly organised by the Polish and German Safer Internet Centres.

As every year, the conference will be devoted to a broad spectrum of issues related to the safety of children and youth on the internet. The event is addressed to representatives of the education sector, non-governmental organisations, the judiciary and law enforcement agencies (LEAs) as well as providers of internet services and content. The conference will present, among others, the results of the latest research on online security, challenges in the field of internet security, as well as new ideas in the use of new media and new technologies in the education of children and youth.
 
Those interested in attending are invited to complete the online registration form - please note, however, this year registration is offered on a "first to register" basis. Participation in the conference is free of charge, however the organisers cannot cover travel and accommodation costs for delegates.
