Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, this year's edition of the event will be conducted online. The conference will take place on Tuesday, 29 and Wednesday, 30 September 2020 (for the plenary sessions) and on Thursday, 1 and Friday, 2 October 2020 (for the conference's workshops). The languages of the conference will be English and Polish (simultaneous interpretation is provided).
The event is addressed to representatives of the education sector, non-governmental organisations, the judiciary and law enforcement agencies as well as providers of internet services and content.

The conference is organised by the Polish and German Safer Internet Centres, which have been working together within the European Commission's Connecting Europe Facility (CEF) programme. The co-organiser of the event is the International Telecommunication Union (ITU). The main partner of the conference is the Orange Foundation. The event is held under the honorary patronage of the Ministry of Digital Affairs, the Ministry of National Education and the Commissioner for Human Rights.
