    • Things to look out for in the home office. In view of the current lockdown measures, many people are working from home. The so-called home office, however, is usually not as well equipped as the actual office. In addition, couches and armchairs look very tempting to move us away from the desk. This article explains why you should avoid this for health reasons and what you should pay attention to when furnishing your workplace.
  • How to respond to online risks under the COVID-19 pandemic

    • Coronavirus: Is the internet reaching its limits? Since the COVID-19 pandemic started, one billion people have been asked to stay at home. Not only internet users, but also online companies have noticed that many more people than usual are now surfing the internet. This increased traffic is seriously affecting the performance of servers and lines. Is the internet now reaching its limits? How can each of us counteract this?
    • Coronavirus: dealing with panic tactics and misinformation. Will supermarkets close? Will the internet hold out? Rumours about COVID-19 are spreading faster than the virus itself. BEE SECURE gives you tips on how to handle information about the coronavirus correctly.
    • Awareness-raising sessions at the Luxembourg Digital Privacy Salon. BEE SECURE is hosting online awareness-raising sessions which aim to teach the general public how to protect themselves and their data from intrusive surveillance.

The Luxembourgish Safer Internet Centre also provides helpline services allowing children and young people, and parents and carers to access personalised advice and support. Equally, it provides a hotline for reporting any illegal content you mind find online. Don't hesitate to contact them in case of need!
