SID 2018 is here!

As every year, we celebrate Safer Internet Day (SID) on the second day of the second week of the second month of the year! SID 2018 takes place today, 6 February 2018 under the theme of "Create, connect and share respect: a better internet starts with you"!

Our campaign aims to reach out to children and young people, parents and carers, teachers, educators and social workers, as well as industry, decision makers and politicians, to encourage everyone to play their part in creating a better internet.

We are delighted to see activity surrounding our landmark campaign ramping up across the web.

This year, the SID 2018 family has greatly increased, now counting over 140 SID Committees in countries across the globe! If you haven't signed up as a supporter yet, please do so here and get in touch with your local SID Committee to get involved in national activities!
