Youth for Rights 2017 - call for participants

Youth for Rights is calling for participants, aged 18-30, from across Europe!

Youth for Rights 2017 is a RightsCon satellite event initiated by Access Now, Sinar Project and NetMission.Asia. The programme is designed to educate and engage youth in policy and advocacy discussions around digital rights. It will take place in Brussels, Belgium on Tuesday, 28 March 2017.

During this one-day workshop, leaders of the digital rights community will walk participants through policy, advocacy, movement building, and technological debates on issues such as data protection and privacy, network discrimination and connectivity, digital security, diversity and digital inclusion, human rights, trade and business, and more.

After the workshop, participants will have the opportunity to volunteer at RightsCon Brussels 2017, taking place 29-31 March 2017, and engage in the sessions of their choice.
