The iTunes Store is a library with digital media, including music, films and TV series. Most of the services are available throughout Europe on a range of devices. There is a subscription model for Apple Music, similar to other music streaming services. Currently, for TV series and movies, only individual purchases and rentals are available.

In iTunes on computers, as well on Apple's mobile devices and the Apple TV, users can set up parental control to restrict content based on explicit language in music, and TV and movies ratings.

For all of these services an Apple account is required. From the Terms and conditions: "The Organizer [of a Family subscription] must be 18 years or older and the parent or legal guardian of any Family member under age 13 or the equivalent minimum age in their Home Country (as set forth in the registration process)."
