SIC+: focus on the activities of the Ukrainian National Child Toll-Free Hotline

In Ukraine, the National Child Toll-Free Hotline ("the Hotline") began its work on 1 January 2013. The work of the Hotline is managed by the civil society organisation (CSO) La Strada-Ukraine. This organisation is a partner of non-governmental organisation (NGO) Better Internet Centre from Ukraine, which joined the SIC+ programme in 2020.

Building online safety capacities in Serbia with the SIC+ programme

The National Contact Centre for Children's Safety on the Internet was formed within the Smart and Safe platform by the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications in 2017 in Belgrade. Through this Centre, the Ministry conducts counseling for children, parents, students and teachers, as well as all other citizens, about the advantages and risks of using the internet and safe ways to use new technologies. It is also possible to receive reports of harmful, inappropriate and illegal content and behaviour on the internet, that is, reporting a violation of the rights and interests of the child.

Red PaPaz is building first Spanish-speaking Safer Internet Centre (SIC) in Latin America

Red PaPaz is a non-governmental organisation (NGO) that encompasses a network of parents and caregivers since 2003 in Colombia. This network seeks to promote skills for the protection of Colombian children and adolescents' rights, through relevant actions based upon evidence and good practices.
