Celebrating Safer Internet Day by launching #SaferInternet4EU

"Today is a very special day" stated Commissioner Mariya Gabriel as she opened the Safer Internet Day celebration at the European Parliament in Strasbourg. Bringing together multiple stakeholders in an annual celebration, Safer Internet Day has grown year-on-year since its launch in 2004, delivering a call to action for everyone to play their part in creating a better and safer internet for all citizens, but especially for children and young people.
