Under the Connecting Europe Facility (CEF), EUN Partnership aisbl (hereinafter called European Schoolnet) is developing and maintaining – on behalf of the European Commission – a Better Internet for Kids (BIK) core service platform to share resources, services and practices between national providers of the services – the European Safer Internet Centres (SICs) – and to provide services to their users, including industry.
The terms of service below cover the legal terms and conditions relating to the use of the private BIK Community, which is accessible upon registration and after sign-in only. Any person using the BIK Community should consent to these terms of service. While the BIK Community is mainly designed for Insafe-INHOPE Safer Internet Centres, certain services are available also for youth representatives, Member States representatives, researchers, industry representatives, civil society, content providers, and the general audience.
European Schoolnet is based in Brussels, Belgium and, as such, Belgian laws apply to any use of the site.
